S3 Welcomes Leon Grassi as VP Sales & Marketing

S3 Continues Expansion of Top Tier Leadership

The S3 Agency—the internationally recognized creative agency headquartered in historic downtown Boonton, NJ—welcomes Leon Grassi as Vice President Sales & Marketing. Mr. Grassi brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and business development to The S3 Agency. Reporting directly to the CEO, Mr. Grassi will be responsible for developing new business relationships and overseeing marketing strategy for S3.

Leon’s Experience

Mr. Grassi is an accomplished marketer with in-depth experience working on both the client and agency side of the business. Leon has worked with an impressive array of blue-chip brands, including Sony, LG, Dell, Bose, Cisco, and more. In addition to his many professional achievements, he has been ranked among New Jersey’s Best Marketing & Communications Professionals Under 40. Prior to joining The S3 Agency, Leon served as VP of Sales & Marketing at The DSM Group, located in Mahwah, NJ. In addition, Leon chairs the committee that runs the northern NJ golf outing for the American Cancer Society, where he has helped to raise over $4.5 million for cancer research.

His Role at S3

In addition to focusing on new business development, Mr. Grassi will also be developing and implementing an overall marketing strategy for the agency, directly engaging and managing the marketing team, and translating the company’s business objectives into strategies that drive revenue.
