When private-equity-backed CargoSprint acquired Advent eModal, its brand no longer matched its reach. S3 built the positioning framework, identity system, messaging architecture, and website to reflect the category-defining logistics leader that CargoSprint had already become.
CargoSprint had built a thriving business solving real-world problems in cargo logistics. As the PE-backed company expanded across air, ocean, and ground, its capabilities grew broader and deeper – but the narrow perception as “just a payments vendor” lingered, leaving category-defining technology and enterprise traction under-recognized.
While the industry was hyping the concept of orchestration, CargoSprint was already delivering it. Unlike competitors offering slick front-ends and vague promises, CargoSprint’s advantage was hard-won: infrastructure strength, trusted integrations, and proven execution.
S3 transitioned the brand story from abstract complexity to tangible outcomes – cargo moving faster, with greater efficiency, visibility, and control across every mode. We sharpened the value proposition around eliminating operational friction; aligned product, sales, and leadership under one messaging architecture; created an enterprise-grade identity system; and launched a website that tells the story with authority.

“Working with S3 on our rebrand project was an outstanding experience. It truly felt like a partnership, with everyone bringing passion, creativity, and commitment to a shared goal. Together, we defined, created, and implemented a new corporate identity that resonates deeply across our organization. Our employees and leadership team are genuinely proud of our new brand – and that’s a testament to the collaboration and hard work from both sides.”
